1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing avdsolutions.com, requesting a consultation, or engaging AVD Solutions for digital marketing, web engineering, custom software, AI automation, or SaaS solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our formal Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
2. Scope of Services & Delivery
All client engagements are governed by formal proposals and itemized deliverables mutually agreed upon prior to commencement. While we commit to high engineering rigor and industry best practices, project timeframes depend strictly on timely feedback, asset provision, and approvals from the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a formal contract:
- Custom Deliverables: Upon full settlement of all project invoices, 100% intellectual property ownership of custom software code, website assets, and brand design deliverables transfers to the client.
- Third-Party Components: Any open-source libraries, WordPress core files, or licensed third-party APIs retain their respective open-source licenses (e.g. GPL v2) or commercial terms.
4. Payment Terms & Milestones
Standard software and development projects operate on structured milestone schedules (e.g. initial deposit, mid-development demo, and final deployment milestone). Invoices are payable within the terms specified on each invoice. Monthly retainer agreements (such as digital marketing or ongoing website maintenance) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith executive discussion prior to formal legal arbitration.
